When making your direct deposit, please be sure to put the Order ID number or your name in the reference section so I can easily match your payment to your order. Please note that your order will not be sent until the bank deposit is received. Your order will only be held for seven working days, so please pay promptly.

You may make payment by credit card through the shopping cart which is linked to a secure server for your protection. Please note that your bank statement will come through as Shane Hobbs Plumbing. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

Credit Card Usage – CVV Number

The Card Verification Value (CVV*) is an extra code printed on your debit or credit card.

CVV for Visa, MasterCard and BankCard is the final three digits of the number printed on the signature strip on the back of your card.

As the CVV is not embossed (like the card number) the CVV is not printed on any receipts, hence it is not likely to be known by anyone other than the card owner.

CVV is an anti-fraud measure being introduced by credit card companies worldwide. You are required to enter the CVV each time a payment is made and you are not present to sign a receipt, as for on-line transactions. We ask you to fill out the CVV here to verify that you actually hold the card you are using for this transaction, and to avoid anyone other than you from shopping with your card number. All information you submit is transferred over secure SSL connections.

* The name of this code differs per card company. You may also know it as the Card Verification Code (CVC), the Card Security Code or the Personal Security Code. All names cover the same type of information.

PayPal is also available. For International Customers this is your best option. PayPal is a secure method of online payment and very easy to use.

MasterCard & Visa via PayPal.  * You DO NOT need a PayPal Account to pay by Visa or MasterCard. During the checkout process you will be taken to the PayPal website for secure credit card processing. Choose the ‘Pay by Credit Card’ option on the lower left of the PayPal screen, and then complete your details as per the PayPal instructions.

CHEQUES – Australian Customers Only

Please note that your order will not be sent until the cheque clears. I will hold your order for seven working days to await the arrival and clearance of your cheque.

DISCONTINUED AND OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

I will do my best to keep all items on my site updated. If I find that an item is no longer available, or out-of-stock, I will contact you as to the progress of that item. If you find an out-of-stock item that you do wish to purchase, PLEASE contact me, as I can most likely get it in for you. It would only be temporarily out-of-stock.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Having a happy, satisfied customer is at the top of my list, unfortunately, I will not be able to accept returns simply because you have changed your mind. If, however, goods are faulty, you may return them for an exchange for the same item (if available).  All goods must be returned within seven days, unused and in the same condition as sold and accompanied by your customer order receipt (original or photocopy). Please return the goods by registered post and retain the postal receipt, for if the package goes missing on it’s return trip to me, I will not be able to follow through with your refund or return. I give you the responsibility of making sure the goods are returned securely to Cookies and Cream Craft. I am sorry but patterns and books may not be returned unless faulty. POSTAGE & SHIPPING POLICIES FOR COOKIES AND CREAM CRAFT

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars inclusive of GST.

All postage is automatically calculated for you in the shopping cart. Registered post may also be chosen as an option. When you choose to have your order sent via registered post, the postage amount shown will be inclusive of standard and registered rates.

I endeavour to dispatch orders within 48 hours upon receipt of payment, except weekends and holidays, of course. If for some reason I am unable to do this, I will notify you immediately by email and advise you of an expected delivery time. You will not be left wondering where you order process is up to.

You will receive an email confirmation the day your items are posted.

All orders will be sent via Australia Post Regular Mail, unless you choose otherwise. I highly recommend that you choose Australia Post Registered Mail as your shipping option. I’m sorry, but I cannot take responsibility of items once they have been posted UNLESS they have been registered through Australia Post. Please be aware that by not registering your order, there is no way to guarantee that your order will arrive at the specified destination, and Australia Post cannot track a “lost” article without it being registered. IF YOUR ORDER DOES GO MISSING, PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REPLACE IT. Please take this into consideration when choosing your postage option. Registered post is an extra $2.95. All care is taken when I address and ship items.  All items will leave here in good condition in zipped plastic bags.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All postage is automatically calculated for you in the shopping cart. You are welcome to contact me on info@cookiesandcreamcraft.com.au so that I can give you a proper costing of your intentioned order. Sometimes the Shopping Cart will charge a different price then the actual price it costs to post your order. I will adjust this cost for you or issue you a refund. I do not want you to pay more then necessary to post you your order!

All international orders will be sent via Australia Post’s Airmail service. I highly recommend that you choose Australia Post Registered Mail. If you wish insurance be added to your order, or have any questions about postage costs, please contact me on info@cookiesandcreamcraft.com.au.
