Hi Everyone! Remember me?

Well, for the first time this year, I’m sitting on the couch able to relax and type on my little laptop. I usually am on the floor on hubby’s lovely swag. My back is much improved only this week. It’s so nice to be back to mostly normal. Granted, I won’t be doing any Zumba for awhile.

We had a lovely time away to New Zealand. We arrived home exactly two weeks tonight. The next morning I woke up with a horrible head cold. So between that and my back, I just couldn’t bring myself to spend much time at the computer. I’ve finally got my mojo back. I’ve sent out a newsletter and have updated the site, now for a blog post.

Because of my back, I haven’t and won’t be doing any sewing for awhile, therefore UFO Thursday won’t be up and running until I can get to the needles. I do have a couple Show and Tells for you which I was able to get done after Christmas and before I hurt my back. I’ll do one this coming Monday, the 20th and then two weeks later. I’ll look forward to seeing what you have been up to also.

I didn’t get a Swap organised either, but I’ll attempt to get one going by the end of March. I still have heaps of paperwork to catch up on…nothing new there. *grin*

OK, I’d better stop babbling…it’s just so nice to be able to sit up for awhile and be “normal”. I suppose I shouldn’t push it though, so I’d better go visit the swag…. and My Kitchen Rules is on any minute. *grin*

Almost there…

Hi Everyone! Happy New Year. Hope it’s treating you well. Are you sticking to those Resolutions you’ve made? *grin*

I thought I’d better check in. I’ve been somewhat out of commission since the 1st. I tweaked my back and have been on the floor most of the time. I’ve been up and about this week and can sit now. What a stress that was, especially since we are leaving Tuesday morning for our New Zealand Cruise! I was so scared!! Anyway, I’ll make it through and just need to be careful. 2012 is going to be the year of getting fit. No more tweaking of the back, etc.

So, I just wanted to say “Hi” and to let you know that I will be away from the 17th to the 31st. I’ll keep in touch and post photos here and on FB. Any orders over the time I will be gone will be posted on the 1st and/or 2nd of Feb. I hope this doesn’t inconvenience anyone; thanks for your understanding. *grin*

I was thinking of doing a Valentine Swap for you as we did last year, but that just didn’t happen. I’ll organised a swap sometime in March for you. *grin*

Monday’s Show and Tell and UFO Thursday has been delayed, too. They will start up again in February. Oh, my! The year is already flying!

Also, in March, the new website should be up and running….maybe even February. You’ll get to have a Wish List this time. *grin*

I will be processing orders up until Monday, the 16th. Any backorders that you might have at the moment, because I’m waiting on stock to arrive, will be sent Monday, the 16th. Hopefully all backorders will be filled then. I will email you to confirm. Thanks for your patience during this holiday time. All my Suppliers will be back up and running on the 16th. It will be good to get back to normal when I get back from holiday. *grin*

Ok, best keep running. So much to do between now and Tuesday morning.
